I've recently had to deal with a large number of client requests over the phone or email, detailing how to perform a specific action, or achieve a certain goal. While I can just as easily write out a whitesheet for every last request a client can throw at me, I've found recently it's far easier to just record videos and share them with the clients. Screeny has recently risen to the top of my list in that category.
